Hi, I'm Akanksha — a Nutritionist and Women's Fitness Coach specialising in Postpartum Recovery, Diastasis Recti Correction, PCOS Management, and Sustainable Fat Loss. But before I became a coach, I was a mother trying to find my way back to myself.
After delivering my twins, I was diagnosed with a 4-finger Diastasis Recti. My body didn't feel like my own anymore. I struggled with constant back pain, a weak core, sleepless nights, anxiety, and exhaustion. Everyone told me, "This is normal after having a baby." But deep down, I knew surviving wasn't the same as recovering.
So I started learning. I immersed myself in evidence-based nutrition, postpartum rehabilitation, and core recovery — and discovered something heartbreaking: most women are never taught how to heal after pregnancy.
